Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals
The Mayor’s Alliance for New York City’s Animals is an umbrella organization that helps and supports a majority of NYC’s independent rescue and adoption groups. The group has been instrumental in advocating for homeless animal welfare including spay/neuter education, micro-chipping and adoptions.
Our target was every single person, 18 and over, within the 5 boroughs. And it’s safe to say that with our television campaign, our extensive subway posters, and print and out of home efforts, we reached them all as adoptions spiked dramatically.
Our “Vacancy” campaign asked New Yorkers if they had room in their life for a homeless animal. In fact, the campaign was so effective, it was reformatted to run in dozens of cities across the country. This is one of many causes that Splendor is passionate about. But whether it’s for our four-legged friends, the environment or our fellow humans, we’re always eager and excited to lend our talents to a worthy cause.
